Crystal Fragment and Shard Information

SC = Safety Check = The point at which you can safely attempt to tune the fragment to that location with no chance of breakage. Note that you need no skill to safely tune to Semanri, Cal'Ziz, or D'Mare Fin. You will never break the fragment attempting to tune to those places.

DC = Difficulty Cap = The point at which you will be able to tune a fragment to that location without fail. If you have more that 20 less than the difficulty check, you run a 5% chance of breaking your fragment.
